Переходы (Reducers)

Reducers are used to connect pipes of different diameters, providing a smooth transition that minimizes turbulence and pressure loss. Concentric reducers maintain a common centerline and are used in vertical piping and pump suction applications. Eccentric reducers have an offset bottom (flat side down) to prevent air accumulation in horizontal lines, making them essential for pump suction piping where vapor pockets must be avoided.

Our reducers are manufactured from seamless pipe and welded plate to ASME B16.9 and DIN 2616 standards. The transition angle is carefully controlled to balance compactness with flow characteristics. All reducers are supplied with beveled ends and can be produced in custom lengths for specialized applications requiring gradual diameter changes over longer distances.
