Frequently Asked Questions
Expert answers about industrial pipe flanges, carbon steel fittings, material grades, standards, and B2B procurement.
What pipe flanges and fittings do you manufacture?
We manufacture weld neck, slip-on, blind, socket weld, threaded, and lap joint flanges in carbon steel (ASTM A105), stainless steel (A182 F304/F316), and alloy steel. Our fittings include butt-weld elbows, tees, reducers, caps, seamless steel pipes, spiral welded pipes, 3PE anti-corrosion pipes, PU foam insulated pipes, bellows expansion joints, and metal flexible hoses. All products comply with ASME B16.5, B16.9, DIN EN 1092-1, JIS B2220, and GB/T standards. Sizes from 1/2" to 60" with pressure ratings Class 150 to Class 2500.
What is your MOQ and production lead time?
Standard MOQ is 50 pieces per size for flanges and fittings, and 5 tons for steel pipes. For trial orders, we can negotiate lower quantities. Production lead time is 15-25 days after order confirmation. Urgent orders can be expedited. We ship from Tianjin Port with weekly sailings worldwide.
Do you provide MTC and third-party inspection?
Yes. Every shipment includes full Mill Test Certificates (MTC 3.1 per EN 10204) with chemical composition, mechanical properties, and hydrostatic test results. We support third-party inspection by SGS, BV, TUV, and Lloyds Register. Our in-house NDT team of 10 certified inspectors performs UT, RT, MT, and PT on every batch.
What payment terms do you accept for international orders?
We accept T/T (30% advance, 70% against copy of documents), L/C at sight, and Western Union for samples. For established partnerships, flexible D/P and O/A terms after credit assessment. All invoices in USD or EUR. FOB, CFR, and CIF delivery terms available.
What certifications and quality standards do you hold?
We are ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and OHSAS 18001:2007 certified. Our QC system covers raw material inspection (spectrometer analysis), in-process checks (dimensional, hardness), and final inspection (NDT, visual, pressure testing). QC team of 25+ engineers and 10 certified NDT inspectors.
Can you manufacture custom flanges and non-standard sizes?
Absolutely. We specialize in custom and non-standard flanges and fittings. Send your drawings for a feasibility assessment and quotation within 24 hours. We produce flanges up to 60 inches, special facing types (RTJ, tongue-and-groove), and custom materials including duplex stainless steel, nickel alloys (Inconel 625, Monel 400, Hastelloy C276), and titanium.
Which countries do you export to?
We export to 60+ countries across the Middle East (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Iraq, Iran), Southeast Asia (Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines), Europe (Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Italy, Germany, Poland), Africa (Egypt, Nigeria, South Africa, Algeria), and Americas (Brazil, Mexico, Chile, USA). Experienced with SASO, GOST, and CE marking requirements.
How do you package and ship pipe flanges and fittings?
Flanges: packed in plywood pallets/cases with rust-preventive oil coating. Fittings: bundled with steel straps in wooden crates. Pipes: ends protected with plastic caps, bundled and wrapped. Each package marked with order number, description, quantity, and weight. Standard shipping by sea from Tianjin Port (20ft/40ft containers). Air freight available for urgent orders.
Can you provide special coatings and surface treatments?
Yes, we offer a comprehensive range of surface treatments: hot-dip galvanizing, black epoxy coating, anti-rust painting, 3-layer PE coating (3PE), PTFE lining, and anti-corrosion oil. Custom coatings can also be applied per project specifications with specified paint color and thickness. All coatings comply with NACE and ISO standards for durability and corrosion resistance.
How do I submit a Request for Quotation (RFQ)?
To submit an RFQ, please provide: (1) product type (flange/elbow/tee/reducer), (2) standard (ASME/DIN/JIS/GB), (3) size and diameter, (4) pressure class, (5) material grade, (6) flange facing type (RF/RTJ/FF), (7) quantity required, (8) destination port. Send this information via our contact form, email, or WhatsApp. You will receive a competitive quotation within 24 hours.
