Flange Types We Manufacture

Our factory produces six primary flange types, each engineered for specific piping applications:

• Weld Neck Flanges (WN) —designed with a long tapered hub that provides excellent stress distribution. Ideal for high-pressure, high-temperature, and cryogenic applications. Available in pressure classes 150# through 2500#.
• Slip-On Flanges (SO) —cost-effective flanges that slide over the pipe and are fillet welded. Suitable for low to medium pressure applications in water treatment, fire protection, and general industrial piping.
• Blind Flanges (BL) —solid flanges used to seal off pipe ends, valves, or vessel openings. Essential for pressure testing and future expansion points.
• Socket Weld Flanges (SW) —feature a socket into which the pipe is inserted before fillet welding. Used for small-diameter high-pressure piping (1/2" to 4").
• Threaded Flanges (TH) —no welding required; screwed directly onto threaded pipe. Ideal for explosive environments where welding is prohibited.
• Lap Joint Flanges (LJ) —used with stub ends, allowing easy alignment and disassembly. Cost-effective for systems requiring frequent inspection.

Fittings Product Line

• Butt-Weld Elbows —45鎺? 90鎺? and 180鎺?long-radius and short-radius elbows per ASME B16.9. Sizes from 1/2" to 48".
• Pipe Tees —equal and reducing tees for branch connections with precise dimensional control.
• Pipe Reducers —concentric and eccentric reducers for changing pipe diameter.
• Pipe Caps —ellipsoidal and torispherical caps for permanent pipe end closure per ASME B16.9.

Steel Pipe Products

• Seamless Steel Pipes —API 5L Gr.B/X42-X70, ASTM A106 Gr.B/C. Sizes DN15-DN1200.
• Spiral Welded Pipes —SY/T5037 standard. Large diameter DN200-DN3600 for water mains and oil and gas.
• 3PE Anti-Corrosion Pipes —three-layer polyethylene coating for buried pipelines, conforming to DIN 30670.
• PU Foam Insulated Pipes —polyurethane foam insulation with HDPE outer jacket for district heating.

Expansion Joints and Flexible Hoses

• Bellows Expansion Joints —axial, lateral, angular, and universal types in SS 304/316L per EJMA standards.
• Metal Flexible Hoses —corrugated stainless steel hoses with braided reinforcement for vibration isolation.

Material Grades

All products comply with ASME B16.5, B16.9, B16.47 (American), DIN EN 1092-1 (European), JIS B2220 (Japanese), and GB/T 9115-9124 (Chinese) standards. Sizes from 1/2" to 60" with pressure ratings Class 150 to Class 2500.
