Do You Provide MTC and Third-Party Inspection?

Mill Test Certificates (MTC)

Every shipment includes a comprehensive MTC 3.1 per EN 10204. Each certificate contains:

• Chemical Composition: Full spectrometer analysis of C, Mn, Si, P, S, Cr, Ni, Mo, Cu, V, Nb, Ti, Al, N verified against ASTM/DIN/EN specification limits.
• Mechanical Properties: Tensile strength (MPa), yield strength (MPa), elongation (%), reduction of area (%), impact energy (J) at specified temperature, and hardness (HB/HRB/HRC).
• Hydrostatic Test Results: Test pressure (bar/psi), duration, and pass/fail status for each pipe/flange.
• Heat Treatment Records: Normalizing, quenching, tempering, or solution annealing temperatures and holding times.
• Traceability Data: Heat number traceable to original steel mill, forging lot number, and inspector stamp.

In-House NDT Capabilities

Our QC department has 10 certified NDT inspectors (Level II and III) with these on-site capabilities:

• Ultrasonic Testing (UT): 4 digital UT flaw detectors per ASME Section V and ASTM A388.
• Radiographic Testing (RT): Industrial X-ray for volumetric examination of weld quality per ASTM E94.
• Magnetic Particle Testing (MT): 3 yoke-type MPI units for surface cracks per ASTM E709.
• Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT): For non-ferromagnetic materials including stainless and alloy steel per ASTM E165.
• Hydrostatic Testing: Automated hydro-test benches with digital pressure recording up to 250 bar.
• PMI: Handheld XRF spectrometer for on-site alloy verification and grade confirmation.
